Recently, I was asked to describe what we do and how our firm is different. I happily provided an overview, as I have many times before. But something occurred to me as I was talking. Just in the last couple of years, we have added a variety of services to help reduce client costs, increase efficiency, and improve employee satisfaction.
Don’t get me wrong, I am completely aware of all the great tools and programs we offer, and it seems simple: employee benefits, retirement and financial services, and employee communication. However, we go much further to help our clients balance employee needs with the needs of the organization.
